Terms of Service
1. Scope of Engagement
This Terms of Service document governs all digital marketing campaigns, conversion funnel development, and media buying services provided by ALBSLT FOR MARKETING SERVICES. By initiating procurement via this portal, you enter into a binding service agreement.
2. Campaign Execution Timeline
Marketing campaign phases will be executed in sequential iterations. Standard milestone releases and reports will be made available for review. Deliverables are defined on the primary procurement billing contract.
3. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolutions
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), Dubai, UAE.
