IP & Copyright Transfer
1. Intellectual Property Declaration
All campaign creative assets, custom landing architectures, tracking configurations, and marketing copy developed by ALBSLT FOR MARKETING SERVICES under standard specifications are protected under international intellectual property frameworks.
2. Transfer Trigger & Execution
The complete intellectual ownership and copyright of the custom campaign assets transfer to the Client immediately and automatically upon receipt of 100% full payment settlement. Prior to final settlement, all artifacts remain the exclusive property of ALBSLT FOR MARKETING SERVICES.
3. Excluded Shared Core Assets
Any generic modular helpers, third-party interface components, or core tracking libraries (such as underlying theme engine structures) remain the property of their respective owners. Clients are granted a permanent, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use these embedded structures.
