Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Scope and Bespoke Nature of Services
This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all custom campaign planning, funnel optimization, digital advertising, and marketing consultation services provided by ALBSLT FOR MARKETING SERVICES. Due to the bespoke, customized nature of our design and optimization deliverables, all work is executed to the client’s explicit requirements and specifications.
2. Project Cancellation and Milestones
Clients may request project cancellation under the following structured framework:
- Prior to Project Initiation: If a cancellation is requested before any design or campaign setup work has commenced, a 100% refund of the initial deposit will be processed, minus a 5% administrative and transaction fee.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: In the event that cancellation occurs after the project has started but prior to final completion, client billing will be calculated based on hours logged or milestones completed up to the date of formal cancellation. Any surplus deposit amount will be returned to the client. If work completed exceeds the deposit paid, the client will be invoiced for the outstanding balance.
- Milestone Approvals: Once a campaign milestone (e.g., brand assets approval, landing page design, tracking engine setup) is explicitly approved by the client, the corresponding portion of the fees becomes final and non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing and Exceptions
Refunds are subject to rigorous verification under Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) jurisdictions and international payment processing regulations.
- Refund Execution: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Bank Wire) within 14 business days. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to alternative credit card accounts.
- Client-Side Delays: Refunds or discounts will not be issued for project delays resulting from client-side bottlenecks, including but not limited to, failure to provide necessary assets, API keys, hosting credentials, or timely milestone reviews.
- Subscription/Retainer Services: Monthly campaign management or continuous optimization retainers may be cancelled by either party with a 30-day written notification. Retainer fees for the active billing cycle are fully earned and non-refundable.
